Thank you for choosing Images by Maddie! My goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, professional experience. I specialize in facials, skin care, headspas focusing on the scalp, waxing and lashes. Please review the following policies before booking. Deposits • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • All deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits may be applied toward your service as scheduled but will be forfeited if you cancel outside of the policy or do not show. Cancellation Policy • I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes • By booking an appointment, you authorize the agreed-upon charges under this policy. • Payments and deposits are not eligible for disputes or chargebacks for services booked under these terms. If a chargeback is initiated without a valid basis, I reserve the right to provide your signed booking agreement, appointment records, and payment documentation to the payment processor. Agreement By booking an appointment with Images by Maddie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. Failure to follow these policies may result in being unable to book future appointments
